The 8140 Album is for U.S. minted Washington Quarters from 1932 to 1998. Album includes proof issue and silver proof issue coins from 1992 to 1998. S Proof issues coins start on page 4 with 1968 s proof through 1998. There are no ports for the early proofs and SMS coins.
